Returns Policy

30 DAY RETURNS !

Did you buy the wrong product, or it didn’t fit your needs? No problem. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after receipt of the item. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange and to get a return authorization number. Please provide a reason for the return.

A return must be shipped back to us within 10 days of return authorization. Items must be in the original item packaging and include the tags, manuals and instructions, if they were shipped with the item.

Clothing and Shoes: Try it on! But if returning; return clothing or shoes before they are worn or washed.

Buyer pays for return shipping. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 If you need to return an item, please email support@treasurewebsite.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
